PRODUCT SUPPORT ENGINEER

We are looking for PRODUCT SUPPORT ENGINEER for our business partner which is an internationally operating company that provides optimization and predictive analytics software.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a reputable university preferably in engineering,
  • Minimum 3 years experience,
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of relational database architecture and good command on MSSQL (Oracle knowledge is a plus),
  • Understanding of programming in .NET framework and DevExpress XAF is an asset,
  • Understanding of Data Science, Machine Learning and Operations Research is a BIG plus,
  • Understanding of Date Warehousing, OLAP and BI Tools is an asset,
  • Understanding of financial domains, ATMs, Branches and their daily operations is a big plus,
  • Passionate and self-motivated attitude capable of troubleshooting and solving complex customer issues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both verbal and written English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Providing exceptional service to company’s customers (primarily in Turkey),
  • Actively communicate with customers on questions/issues related to our products and solutions and provide timely feedback,
  • Go above and beyond our service level agreements to pro-actively diagnose and resolve issues,
  • Collaborate with customers on deployment and provide support for upgrades, new features and fixes,
  • Collaborate with team members, share knowledge, communicate lessons learned, document best practices through active participation in team meetings and trainings,
  • Collaborate with project teams on installation, configuration, testing and integration of our solutions,
  • Provide feedback to product development teams to excel the product and to provide new features.
